I have been marking George dollars for years, but this stamp that I recently purchased, thinking I would change designs, is horrendous. It is completely unreadable.

The product itself is of great quality and I am more than pleased with what I've received, however, I was unhappy with the lack of communication surrounding my order. On the site, it claims same day shipping, however after 2 weeks and multiple emails sent to their support email I had not received a single notice saying my order was in transit. I was considering asking for a refund or disputing it with my card however I chose to go into their site under the comments and support tab and wrote a strongly worded message and magically 2 hours later my order was shipped. Besides that, I'm very happy with what I received and I would buy again although hopefully without any future shipping fiascos.

I like it. Though a bit pricey for what I wanted. Would be nice to have a non-self inking option. Just the rubber stamp. The stamp works well. There are no instruction or maintenance papers. there's a red button on the side I have no idea what it's for. Definitely have to watch the downward pressure when using. Overall, the stamp is good.
